I love garage sales. Even though they start on Friday here and I think that’s dumb. See those adorable little cowboy boots? I got them for $1.50. Mary love them.

These clothes are all either GAP, Old Navy, or Gymboree and I paid $.50 or less for each item. I *love* Gymboree clothes but garage sales are the only places I can afford to by them.

Books… I want our kids to grow up completely surrounded by books. I have loved to read for as long as I can remember and I want to pass that on to my kids. For that reason I am always on the lookout for good books at garage sales. Mary has a full bookshelf of books in her room and 90% of them were picked up at garage sales for super cheap.

This is my favourite find of the weekend! It is a little desk with the chair attached (sorry about the weird picture). Slowly but surely I’m building up my supply of home school stuff!! The best part? It was only $5!! Very very cool.
